We are a private company, formerly known as North West Rural Finance Company, founded on 1 May 1999, with the sole purpose of enhancing the lifestyles of the lower income citizens of South Africa; thus our slogan: ”Enhancing Lifestyles”.
Norufin was founded as a retail lender for the Rural Housing Loan Fund (RHLF), to address the housing needs of the of the lower income sector in the urban and rural areas of South Africa.

Norufin is a retail lending institution that envisages creating new financial arrangements and opportunities for rural and urban families to improve their economic, living and housing environment.
MISSION
Our mission is to find innovative ways to make home construction and improvement finance accessible and affordable to the lower income sector of the community and thus enhancing their lifestyle.
